In today’s challenging economy, your sales and client service staff need to be visiting clients as often as possible to keep the core of your business strong. While ClientSpace has always offered a convenient web browser interface, we recognize that many of these “Road Warriors” use their mobile devices as their primary method to correspond with clients and prospects. ClientSpace.mobile addresses the needs of the mobile workforce by making the core ClientSpace functionality accessible via a mobile browser.
The initial phase I rollout, primarily focused on sales personnel, will enable users to perform the following functions:
- Search, add, and edit contacts
- Search, add, and edit companies (clients and prospects)
- View and add activity (email, phone calls, etc) records for contacts and companies
We will continue to enhance the mobile interface with a goal of enabling all core functions that mobile users need available via their mobile device. Sales and service personnel that are visiting prospects and clients will be able to access and edit all information they need without logging onto the standard ClientSpace interface. Functionality scheduled for a future release includes the following functions:
- Generate a PEO sales quote and submit to underwriting
- View and schedule appointments
- Add and edit tasks
- Add and edit client service cases (tickets)
