As is the case for many software companies that maintain a leading edge product, even powerhouses like Microsoft, NetWise has struggled to keep up with up to date user and administrator documentation. We have found what we believe will be an easy to maintain solution for this problem..."micronar" videos. These videos will be under five minutes in length and will be produced using the Camtasia Studio screen capture and editing tool. Camtasia seems to have the compression and delivery of these videos down because we have finally found the right balance between ease of production, quality, and delivery size. The videos will be housed on TechSmith's Screencast.com site and will be available to all clients via our extranet. We expect to have a small library of the most heavily used features by the end of September. We will continue to add to the video library on an ongoing basis.
