ClientSpace Video Training Series Released

The first set of ClientSpace Training videos has been released on netwisetech.com/support.  NetWise plans on continually adding to the video library as a highly effective means of helping users succeed with ClientSpace.  Videos to review new features and fixes will also be released with each new version.

Documentation has always been a challenge to keep up with and was rarely used effectively by our clients.  We hope that the investment we are making into the ClientSpace video series will be a more useful media for new users to learn how to become productive in the system.

Email support@netwisetech.com for ideas and requests for new videos.  We will be focusing on core support areas of the application first but will use client demand as the primary means for prioritizing the timing of our video releases.
