ClientSpacePEO

NetWise has been doing business with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) for over six years and has a solid understanding of the business processes and information management requirements in the industry. Our experience is evident in ClientSpacePEO, a CRM and workflow management system that has been configured to meet the specific needs of the industry. ClientSpacePEO addresses the needs of sales, underwriting, client service, risk management, claims management, and more. Brokers can be integrated into the submission process using an Internet RFP Submission portal that feeds the internal underwriting process.

Website Hosting & Email

ClientSpacetm enables clients to integrate static content and data driven content in their public website. Static content can be built using Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint for easy content management. Our content management tool converts these formats into standard HTML to be viewed using any standard web browser. This enables you to keep website content fresh and interesting without having to be a slave to your IT department's resource constraints or incur the high costs of outsourcing web content development. Other interactive media formats such as Flash and streaming video can also be integrated into ClientSpace driven websites. The data form generation engine also allows for the integration of data driven web pages, data collection forms, financial transactions, and more into your ClientSpace website. Email hosting is included in all public website hosting arrangements.

Application Hosting

Our co-location network is located at the state-of-the-art Peak10 facility in Tampa, FL. Many of our clients choose to host their ClientSpace solutions on our network and avoid the investment in technology infrastructure and people. We also host Quickbooks® Enterprise databases for clients allowing for easy financial transaction interfaces with ClientSpace.
