Outlook Add-In for ClientSpace

If your employees are like most "knowledge workers", they spend most of their day with Microsoft Outlook open on their computer.  They are checking emails, using their contact list and calendar all day long.  Many of these users are also using a mobile device that synchronizes with Outlook.

NetWise Technology has introduced a powerful Outlook Add-in for its flagship ClientSpacetm software.  The Outlook Add-in enables users to interact with ClientSpace data without ever logging into the system. 

Sales personnel can manage contacts and send and receive email to/from contact directly in Outlook seamlessly synchronizing this important data to the ClientSpace database.  If the user is synchronizing their Outlook with a mobile device, they can add or edit contact information from the device and have that data synchronize up to ClientSpace.

Service and operations personnel spend a lot of time managing client service cases and tasks within ClientSpace.  Their Outlook inbox is typically pretty busy with email sent from ClientSpace notifying them of cases or tasks that have been created or edited in the system.  This integration can be easily hooked to any ClientSpace workflow notification such as new workers' compensation or unemployment claims, client terminations/activations, or WSE hires/fires. 

Additionally, emails that are sent from client contacts or employees can be quickly turned into a new case or task all from a mouse click while reading the Outlook email.
