Software requirements and workflow analysis

Our most experienced consultants will work with your team to define current processes and software requirements, analyze opportunities for improvements, and document the specification for the new solution. The goal of this phase is to produce a specification that optimizes efficiency through automation and technology driven workflow.

 

Solution design and prototype

Starting with the specification outlined in the first phase, our engineers will work closely with your team to build a working prototype of the solution. ClientSpace offers a unique capability to build a working data model that users can review and interact with during the design phase. The users that helped to define the specification are able to visualize the end result much more clearly as the solution is prototyped.

 

Development & Integration

During this phase, our engineers will develop custom business logic, form interfaces (dashboards), and reports to match the specification. The entire solution will be engineered to drive workflow using email notifications and specific tasks sent to users that are involved in each process step. ClientSpace is typically integrated with other systems such as payroll and financial applications.

 

Testing & Documentation

System and user acceptance testing is conducted to assure that the solution has been developed according to the specification and will support the optimized business processes. Parallel system testing is often conducted depending on the workload of the organization and critical nature of the solution. Documentation of specific workflow and processes driven by the solution is created for each core user group.

 

Training

Formal user training is conducted, typically grouped by functional role within the organization.

 

Conversion & Rollout

Final data conversion is run, typically over a weekend. The solution is rolled out to affected user groups. Our consultants are onsite for post implementation support for whatever time period is necessary to insure a smooth rollout.
